How do I prepare?

Set intention

Preparing for your QHHT session. Start by setting your intention.

Why do you want the session and what do you hope to get out of it?

Make an appointment and plan the rest of your day and evening free so you can enjoy the 'vibe' you get afterwards in peace.

You will always get what you need...

Food and drink

Koffie is niet ideaal om in de theta staat te komen. Je zou eventueel met het vervangen van 1 kopje koffie door cafeïne vrije koffie of thee. Wanneer je geen last hebt kan je eventueel nog een kopje weglaten of vervangen.
 

Bij veel mensen zorgt cafeïne voor een vol hoofd, ‘the monkey mind’.. die willen we nou juist niet hebben wanneer je een sessie ondergaat of wanneer je mediteert.

Additional preparations

The owl

"I want to delve deeper into each question for you. That easily results in five additional in-depth questions per question. Some people can hold out for an hour and a half, some even easily for two hours. It would be a shame if I couldn't ask all the questions when your mind is simply too tired to continue."

Alcohol and weed/hash

To properly prepare for your QHHT session, abstain from alcohol for at least one day (preferably a week). It's strongly recommended that you avoid alcohol the day and evening before your session. If you can manage it, it's also helpful to avoid weed/hash for a while, as this can lead to a less clear-headed session.

Meat and fish

Try to eat less heavy meat. If you do eat meat, you could choose chicken or fish. This may help raise your frequency slightly. Quitting alcohol is also important and raises your frequency. The higher your frequency, the "higher" the messages you receive from your higher self.

The questions

We'll briefly review your life, from childhood to the present. We have about half an hour for this. Then we'll start by going through the questions. Start writing down your questions. About 10 of them. I'll also want to delve deeper into each question so we can get as much detail as possible. The more questions you write down, the more difficult it becomes. If you have more questions, please list them below as "Additional Questions." If I still have time, I'll be happy to ask them!

Practice visualization

It's recommended that you practice with the visualization meditation you'll find at the top of the page under the floating buttons. Or try other visualizations that you enjoy. If you're not so good at it or haven't mastered the visualization yet, practice as often as you can. Above all, preparing for your QHHT session should be fun.

Of course, there are other ways of perceiving. There's also knowing, feeling, and hearing. If you don't see images in your mind, you might just know, feel, or hear something. So if you don't "see" anything, look at how you do perceive! All forms of perception are good, of course. The most important thing is that you're aware of your way of perceiving...

Practice can ultimately help you improve your skills, resulting in a more intense and effective QHHT experience. It's not mandatory, of course, but it is highly recommended.

Administration


🧾 Payment, cancellation and preparation

The remaining payment for your session must be made digitally no later than 7 days before the session begins, or in cash on the day itself. After booking, you will receive an email with a link for the second payment installment (if you opted for a payment plan).

Would you prefer to pay in cash? Simply bring the remaining balance with you on the day of your session.

🕰️ Please note: Appointments cannot be cancelled free of charge from 7 days before the session. Cancellations within this period are non-refundable. Of course, I always allow for exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, so feel free to contact me if anything special comes up. Don't worry 💛

✍️Important: Preparation & Consent Forms

Before the session, print out the consent form and the CAT treatment agreement, or complete them digitally.
You will find both forms at the bottom of this page, with the option to print or sign them digitally.

Please ensure this is arranged before your session starts, so we can take all the space we need for your inward journey.
